These terms govern your use of services provided by Glasgow Plumbers & Gas Engineers (SC855174).
1. Services
We provide plumbing, heating, gas, electrical, and related property maintenance services across Glasgow and Central Scotland. All work is carried out by qualified engineers.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are free and without obligation unless otherwise stated
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Additional work discovered during a job will be discussed and agreed before proceeding
- Emergency call-out fees may apply outside normal working hours
3. Guarantee
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or work carried out by third parties after our service.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
6. Liability
We carry £10 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues not related to our work.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at contact@plumbersinglasgow.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
